Buyer reviewRachel is highly knowledgeable about the Southwest Florida area and its real estate market. She was incredibly flexible and accommodating in scheduling viewings. She was patient with our ever changing and unpredictable moving situations. Once we found our "forever home", Rachel provided all pertinent information for reputable vendors, ie, lenders, Title company, inspectors, insurance, HOA information, etc.. She assisted in setting realistic expectations throughout the process all while guiding us every step of the way. Rachel was professional and responded quickly whether by phone, email, or text demonstrating excellent rapport and follow-up. Most important to us was the fact that she put absolutely no pressure on us and provided information in a non-judgmental manner, and was unfazed by several course-changing events in what we were looking for, ALWAYS with a smile on her face. In addition, she was highly attentive to detail from start of process to close – she even attended the closing!!! Bottom line – We can't imagine having a more positive experience and would recommend Rachel without reservation to anyone looking to buy and/or list their home.

Buyer reviewI have used several brokers in the past, and Rachel Rose is the most ethical and competent broker I have ever had the pleasure of being associated with. She has helped to buy and sell properties, and her knowledge of the location and current market has been profitable in every transaction. I mentioned a property I was interested in a year ago, and that their broker seemed to be a handicap rather than an asset. Rachel Rose contacted the home owner, who had dropped that broker, and had the patience to work with the home owner for almost a year to complete the purchase of the property for me. After the purchase, Rachel helped me find competent handymen and contractors to do needed repairs, contractors who do the highest quality work for fair prices. Rachel Rose is a pleasure to work with personally and professionally.
