It was very important for me that my agent would be very friendly, patient, humble but assertive, have knowledge in real estate and the current market. When I first met Raquel, I instantly knew she could handle everything I needed for because she represented herself very professionally as I had expected. I was certain that I could rely on Raquel entirely, and she never disappointed me through the transaction. Raquel was very friendly every time I saw her. Raquel always had a smile on her face even when I was getting nervous about the discouraging housing hunting process - the market was too competitive, and I was discouraged at some point). She was very supportive during the signing, and answered questions that the escrow officer asked when I did not have the answers. Even though this was my first time buying a house, I know I had the best housing purchase service from Raquel. There was a point I needed to make a decision to choose between two houses, Raquel put out all the options I would encounter if I had chosen one or the other. Raquel's summaries for the both houses were very fair and professional, and so it was very easier for me to make the decision. Additionally, Raquel offered to show the other house for the second time because she thought it would help me make the right decision for my life. Raquel was never selfish. She only cares what's best for her client. She is absolutely an outstanding real estate agent I could possibly have. I am honored and privileged to have Raquel as my agent. I could never have had a better agent than Raquel. I am very happy that I was able to find my first house with Raquel. If I am to find another house in the future, I will ask for Raquel again.

When Raquel Zambrana-Ramirez called me out of the blue to see if I wanted to view a home in New England Village, it was serendipitous. I was scouring the mobile home and rental marketplace and coming up empty-handed, due to the cost per square foot that makes up the going rate. Our overall experience with Raquel Zambrana-Ramirez was excellent. From the beginning she took the time to hear what my fiancé and I were looking for in a house. She sent us lots of property with the descriptions we gave her. She answered all questions and concerns we had pretty quickly and even listings we gave her she would find and send us tons of information for those properties.
