Buyer reviewAfter having a short interaction with a previous agent who was less than interested in our home buying journey, it was a complete 180 to have been represented by Raquel. I really felt she had our best interest at heart the whole step of the way. Raquel went above and beyond in our search for our home. She was always on top of any home that was of of interest, her communication was amazing and I really felt she understood exactly what we were looking for. If it was not for Raquel, we would still be looking for a home. We had a very stressful circumstance come up very close to closing on our house on the seller's side, and although it was a super emotional and stressful situation she handled it with complete grace and professionalism. I cannot recommend her enough, she is worth her weight in gold!

Seller reviewWe chose Raquel Zambrana-Ramirez because she seemed like she would work in our best interest and at the same time be fair to the buyer. Which we feel turned out to be the case. I believe all parties were happy at the end of the process. Since the sale of the property had a critical deadline and i was under major stress with problems in selling it before we chose Raquel, we feel she did everything to make sure things went as smooth as possible and to reassure us things would be done in a timely and efficient manner. Buyer reviewI never do this, as a matter of fact this is my first review ever but I felt it was necessary, not only to show gratitude but to share my experience of such a life changing decision. Buying a home was never a "goal" on my mind but Raquel put things in perspective and made me realize the long term investment and satisfaction from owning a home. Coming out of the military was difficult enough and now I had to find a place to call home. Not only was she familiar with the Va loan but she had appreciation for our men and women serving and our vets. She helped me make one of the best decisions in my life and today I am beyond happy to come home and I'm still in shock that this could happen for me. I'm truly blessed and grateful for raquel and everyone involved in helping make this possible. It's been 6 months and everyday I come home I smile to know I can finally call a place my Home.
