Buyer reviewWe had used Becky Melton when we needed to sell our house when we moved from DFW in 2015. She made everything so easy. Then, fast forward to current, we moved to Waco. When we were ready to purchase our home, we considered other local realtors, but wanted someone we trusted. I contacted her to see if she would assist us in finding our home in Waco. She did not hestitate to help us in finding our home in the Waco area. She was amazing and helped us in every way she could!! Becky Melton is our favorite realtor!!

We moved across the country and although we needed to find a new house quickly, Becky was patient with us, flexible, accomodating, all with a "get it done" attitude. Buying a house is overwhelming and sometimes what we don't say speaks the loudest. Becky can pick up on so many subtle cues and adjust the house search without us even having to ask. She was in the trenches with us when we wanted to see the houses that were the lowest on our list and the highest on our list. If you want someone who has your back, your best interest in mind, and will provide such comfort, Becky is the one. We found our dream home and we couldn't have done it without her. We love you Becks!

She fully understood what my needs were and went over and beyond to find properties within my desired price range and location. She was readily available for any questions that I had and also took the time to further explain certain aspects of the process as it was my first time purchasing a house. Buyer reviewBecky has always been exceptional since I first met her when I moved to Texas. She drove all across the DFW trying to find me a house. Fast forward 4 years later I called her after having a difficult seller real-estate agent she worked through all the difficult situations we were dealing with and got the house that we wanted. Just like the first house if it wasn't for her I would not have got either of the houses I have been able to get. I would recommend Becky to anyone as she's an amazing realtor and I will use again once I'm ready for a different place!

Seller reviewBecky is spectacular at what she does. We met 4 years ago when she sold me my first house when I moved to Texas for work. We hired another realtor since my wife knew him and was not satisfied at all. I called Becky and she had my house sold in 3 days! She dealt with the buyers difficult realtor of the house I have now. She handled the situation and will highly recommend Becky! She is my go to for now on when it comes to a realtor. Outstanding realtor and hands down the best I have ever used.
