Seller reviewI can't recommend Becky Melton enough! Selling a home in probate is never easy, and ours was no exception-it was a long, complicated process that felt like it would never end. But through it all, Becky was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and supportive. She walked us through every step, explained everything clearly, and never once made us feel rushed or overwhelmed. From day 1, Becky was extremely responsive and had great suggestions and knowledge for homes in the surrounding area to view based on what we were looking for. She was very responsive to our needs and was always available when we needed her to be. We never felt forced to make an offer and when we finally found the "one" Becky went above and beyond to make sure the sellers knew how serious we were about our offer. There was an open house scheduled, she reached out to the sellers agent & they ended up canceling the open house!!! We would, and will, recommend Becky to anyone in the market to purchase a home.
