My name is Regina Petry, but growing up most people knew me as Gina...I grew up and lived in Butler NJ until I got married and now reside in Riverdale with my husband and son. Buyer reviewRegina's best qualities were her patience and communication. It took us over a year to find the house we wanted and at times were picky about what we wanted, but Regina never showed any signs of frustration with us. She was very patient and was always easily accessible for anything we needed or any questions we had. Eventually, we finally found the house that my wife and I both loved almost immediately and Regina worked very efficiently to get our offer in and accepted all under 24 hours. Our closing went very smoothly and we couldn't be more happy with our experience. If anyone is looking for a great realtor that you can relate to and trust, look no further than Regina.

Buyer reviewRegina didn't know what she was in for when she was introduced to me by my lender. Our situation, needs and wants aren't easy to be meet and I did give her fair warning that it wouldn't be easy and I'm not easy to deal with yet she accepted the challenge and was by far the most patient, caring, understanding realtor to exist! Regina immediately took me under her wing and guided me and my husband in every way possible with confidence and understanding. This was by far more stressful then I could have ever expected and each time I felt defeated or like we'd never find our forever home or felt like I let our kids down, Regina let me know the right house will come and than it did. This part was supposed to get easier and it didn't. I felt like it just wasn't meant to be. That's when I'd give "Gina" a call and vent, cry, laugh and she'd reassure me and promise me that it's all going to work out and she was right. Regina doesn't know this but knowing she was always just a call away for help and or for reassurance made the process so much easier. I could go on for hours, days or months about how wonderful of a person and realtor she is because that is her purpose. I mean she knows everything, and is professional, polite, honest ( even when the news isn't good) but most of all she is herself. From day one I have dealt with the same person, never did she make me feel like I was a bother, she wants to help, seeing the smile on our faces makes her happy, she fought for us and always had our best interests at heart and lastly protected us as we are first time homebuyers. I have and will recommend any and everyone I know looking for any real estate needs to Regina Petry. She is amazing at what she does and she and I will not be forever friends

Seller reviewGina is a personal friend who helped my mother through the difficult process of selling her home. My mother had previously met with two other agents who she did not feel were the right people to list her house. When she met Gina, she immediately felt comfortable with her. Gina reassured her that she would work in her best interest and guide her through the process. My mother and I were extremely pleased with the level of service and professionalism that Gina delivered. Her communication skills were excellent, and she was always quick to answer her phone or return a message. She even waited at the house for several hours for an inspector to arrive when I was unable to. When an issue arose on the closing date, Gina Worked diligently with the buyers agent and attorney to have it corrected, so the closing could proceed. Gina made a difficult time for my mother much better with her compassion and understanding.
