My name is Regina Petry, but growing up most people knew me as Gina...I grew up and lived in Butler NJ until I got married and now reside in Riverdale with my husband and son. I'm a REALTOR with Century 21 Crest Real Estate in Pompton Plains and I am a member of the Passaic County Board of Realtors & National Associations of Realtors.

Seller reviewGina is a personal friend who helped my mother through the difficult process of selling her home. My mother had previously met with two other agents who she did not feel were the right people to list her house. When she met Gina, she immediately felt comfortable with her. Gina reassured her that she would work in her best interest and guide her through the process. My mother and I were extremely pleased with the level of service and professionalism that Gina delivered. Her communication skills were excellent, and she was always quick to answer her phone or return a message. She even waited at the house for several hours for an inspector to arrive when I was unable to. When an issue arose on the closing date, Gina Worked diligently with the buyers agent and attorney to have it corrected, so the closing could proceed. Gina made a difficult time for my mother much better with her compassion and understanding.
