Buyer reviewGina Petry is a great real estate agent. She takes the time to understand exactly what we are looking for and delivers quality homes for us to consider. We didn't have to look at a lot of houses to find the right one. Once we were under contract, she made sure every detail was handled efficiently. She recommended a thorough inspector, a great mortgage broker we have now used twice and an attorney who was organized and reasonably priced. We were pleased with everyone she recommended. The sellers had a pipe freeze and damage two floors of the home while we were under contract. Gina stayed on top of the issue, making sure the work was completed to our satisfaction, and still got us to the closing without delay. She is the agent you want to represent you!
