Committed to RESULTS!!
I grew up in Mississippi but have been a Florida resident since 1997. I am a licensed real estate Broker Associate and have had my real estate license since 2005. Florida's sunny days and warm weather are some of the things that attracted me here as well as being just 1 1/2 hours from either coast. One of the beauties of living here is that our sunrises and sunsets are different everyday-truly beautiful! My husband and I along with my two teenagers enjoy the convenience of everything here. You can enjoy the weather almost year round.
I enjoy getting to meet people and in 2018 I was blessed to be able to help sell 80 homes, and in 2019 I was blessed to help sell 90 homes, in 2020 I was blessed to sell 105 homes, in 2021 I was blessed to sell 119 homes, in 2022 I was blessed to sell 93 homes. I attend education classes yearly and continually keep updated with ways to better serve my customers. I am "Committed to Results" is my mission statement! A few of the designations I currently hold are: Certified International Property Specialist, Second Home Property Specialist. I am also a Dave Ramsey ELP (Endorsed Local Provider).
I am committed to bringing you outstanding service by: being knowledgeable of the purchase/listing process, being responsive, communicating with you through the entire real estate transaction, negotiating on your behalf, and having knowledge of both the real estate market as well as the local area. Seller reviewI think what I say above covers it well -- Regina was professional, smart, knew the area well -- knew all the pitfalls -- went above and beyond in helping us find contractors and landscapers and painters -- which in the end made ALL the difference in getting the house ready for sale! she did a lot of open houses and broker's open -- deal with crazy neighbors -- didn't lose confidence even when some early offers fell through. She never discouraged us, put the house down or pressured us to take lowball offers -- nor did she (like several other realtors we talked to) push us to sell to investor "house flippers". (This is a HUGE problem in this region today, as some realtors appear to have business relationships with investors -- or are investors themselves -- and take advantage of people who are out of state or selling relative's estates.) Regina was always professional -- answered calls promptly -- was generous with not just her time, but offered us materials we need for the house! -- even a replacement ceiling fan! and a welcome mat! -- cleaned up for our open houses (we are 1200 miles away in another state!) -- took terrific photos and videos for us -- even loaned "staging materials" for open houses. I've bought and sold a half dozen properties in my life, including in Florida in the past, and she is by far the best realtor I have worked with.

Seller reviewRegina was very knowledgeable and took care of a lot of things we didn't even consider. She was a major asset in the sale of the house. I have nothing but praise for all the work Regina put into the sale of the house. It was not a cut and dry easy task, between dealing with my 94 year-old mom and me of little help in NY. Overall a great experience.

Seller reviewThis had nothing to do with the Broker. We were only interested in having Regina as our sales agent. It wouldn't have mattered who she was working for. She is very good at her job and we have had 3 other dealings with her in the past 4j-5 years. The lady in the office did very well. I don't recall her name but I know she has a license and can help with signatures.

I was also impressed with her sales record and her ability to answer every question with knowledge and professionalism. Regina was spectacular. I couldn't be more pleased. Her attention to detail and being available to address my concerns, even after the contract and closing, relieved so much of my anxiety and made be feel cared for. She's a rock star in my book. I couldn't be happier that I found her on Dave Ramsey's website .
