Committed to RESULTS!!
I grew up in Mississippi but have been a Florida resident since 1997. I am a licensed real estate Broker Associate and have had my real estate license since 2005. Florida's sunny days and warm weather are some of the things that attracted me here as well as being just 1 1/2 hours from either coast. One of the beauties of living here is that our sunrises and sunsets are different everyday-truly beautiful! My husband and I along with my two teenagers enjoy the convenience of everything here. You can enjoy the weather almost year round.
I enjoy getting to meet people and in 2018 I was blessed to be able to help sell 80 homes, and in 2019 I was blessed to help sell 90 homes, in 2020 I was blessed to sell 105 homes, in 2021 I was blessed to sell 119 homes, in 2022 I was blessed to sell 93 homes. I attend education classes yearly and continually keep updated with ways to better serve my customers. I am "Committed to Results" is my mission statement! A few of the designations I currently hold are: Certified International Property Specialist, Second Home Property Specialist. I am also a Dave Ramsey ELP (Endorsed Local Provider).
I am committed to bringing you outstanding service by: being knowledgeable of the purchase/listing process, being responsive, communicating with you through the entire real estate transaction, negotiating on your behalf, and having knowledge of both the real estate market as well as the local area. Buyer reviewWe began our search for a realtor online through Dave Ramsey recommendations. This is how we found Regina Rodriguez. She was an excellent advocate for our particular needs. From the start of our home search, she listened to our wants/needs and took those into account during the process. We appreciate that she did not waste our time with properties outside of our parameters. She was very knowledgeable about properties and shared the positives/negatives about the properties without exerting undue influence. She was very prepared for our first appointment, with a clear plan and schedule based on our priorities. She was quick to learn our likes and dislikes after a few viewings and revised the later showings accordingly. She was a great communicator; always keeping us informed of next steps and progress. From our first meeting, we felt comfortable with her. She has a wonderful personality that we enjoyed and now consider her a friend. She is absolutely the best!!

Buyer reviewOver the years, we've used several Real Estate Agents for investment and personal properties. Our personal friend / Real Estate Agent in Ohio has been very successful and highly recognized. We've purchased several properties from him. Our friends and my wife and I came to Florida to check out the Villages with the intention to gather information, go home and make some decisions about if, where and when etc. Never did I ever imagine that someone could give the level of expertise, knowledge, organization, friendliness and interest / attention to details that Regina Rodriguez provides her clients. Regina had all the answers we were looking for. She knew the areas well and was perfectly prepared to show us what we wanted. Never did we feel any pressure to buy.
