From the moment, Regina and I spoke, I knew she was the right person we wanted to partner with in selling our home. We had interviewed 11 other people but none of them fit ALL the essentials we were looking for. We just loved her energy, committment, positivity, integrity, vitality and her knowledge of the The Villages which caters to a very special clientele. Most important of all, she has the gift of accommodating her clients needs and requests. Regina held 3 open houses each week until house went under contract. We had moved 4 hours away so she dedicated alot of her personal time to ensure our home was safe, taken care of and even watered our indoor plants. She followed our instructions so that we would not have to worry about anything. She was open to all of our suggestions. Her expertise is in enlightening each potential buyer of ALL the valuable qualities our house offered. Regina is just a rarity and a very special person. We began our search for a realtor online through Dave Ramsey recommendations. This is how we found Regina Rodriguez. She was an excellent advocate for our particular needs. From the start of our home search, she listened to our wants/needs and took those into account during the process. We appreciate that she did not waste our time with properties outside of our parameters. She was very knowledgeable about properties and shared the positives/negatives about the properties without exerting undue influence. She was very prepared for our first appointment, with a clear plan and schedule based on our priorities. She was quick to learn our likes and dislikes after a few viewings and revised the later showings accordingly. She was a great communicator; always keeping us informed of next steps and progress. From our first meeting, we felt comfortable with her. She has a wonderful personality that we enjoyed and now consider her a friend. She is absolutely the best!!

Regina was great to work with. She knows how to handle everything! Although she is very busy, she takes the time to talk to you, or does get back to you. She checks on everything. All of this and she is very personable also! I highly recommend her!
