Between the offer process, negotiations and the constant push to close on time, my wife and I were mentally for this before we started looking for an agent to assist. We were referred to Renee Dunkel by our friends who found their home after a long search and immediately after meeting with Renee to drill down and find our needs, we knew we made the right choice. Renee made our priorities and home needs her personal mission to fulfill in a no pressure and at our own pace kind of way that we were very impressed with.
