Seller reviewRenee Dunkel was phenomenal!! I would never have made it through this change in my life without her. She did an excellent job of explaining every aspect along the way, and her thorough work ahead of time helped determine a fair price, which resulted in 3 showing appointments within 24 hours of listing, an offer was made the following day, and we were under contract the next. Top notch in every aspect, Renee goes above and beyond. She was very approachable and understanding to my situation, and even when I would question (mid path), the direction we were heading, she was patient, and respectful, and walked me through each aspect that arose (and there were several), until I felt confident in my choice. Even though Renee probably worked at least 3 times harder on this sale than she would have to work on most sales, she was always accessible and cheerful. On a scale of 1-10, I would rate Renee Dunkel a 20+. .

She was ambitious, readily available and provided strong communication throughout the sale. Her knowledge of the area was also key in helping facilitate a quick sale. I wouldn't consider anyone else.

Renee is fantastic, hands down the best realtor I've had in seven previous moves. Renee was always there and available and had all the right answers for us no matter the time day. A couple of times Renee went out of her way to make sure things were taken care of when we were out of the area. Renee is extremely professional from start to finish.
