We were out of town for much of our listing period and Renee's willingness to assist us when and wherever she could went far beyond expectations. The buyers, their lawyer, and circumstances made this an extremely difficult and stressful transaction. Yet Renee, through her experience and perseverance, was able to hold the deal together and bring about a successful outcome. I don't think we would have closed our sale without her.
