My name is Renee Schoenherr. I have 30 years experience as a top producing Realtor serving the Northwest and Western suburbs of Chicago. In addition to being a Senior Real Estate Specialist, I also have received many awards for Quality Service to my clients. I have also been featured in the 2021 issue of Chicago's Top Agent Magazine. Seller reviewRenee was excellent form the first meeting and throughout the entire process was informative, prompt and a real pleasure to work with. Renee was fabulous, I am still having problems with clearing old title problems due to poor bank performance releasing of liens. I have had to do a lot of the leg work myself which I haven't had to do with other attorneys I have used. This of course was nothing caused by Renee. By far one of the best Real Estate agents I have worked with and I have been involved in numerous investment property transactions in the past. I recommend her to anyone! Renee is a treasure, one of the best there is.
