In a very quiet season Rhonda sold my house in no time at all. One of the things she did was to get all the brokers in one day for an open house. At least as many as would come in this quiet season. And her team players really came through as well in helping me work out A legal deed problem. Even going so far is to put me in touch with an attorney whose opinion helped out. The title company also was very approachable and helped with a solution. All in all the sale went very well.

Rhonda listed a house we wanted to sell earlier in 2018. Her knowledge of the Sebring market was a great help in establishing the price and we accepted a full price offer within a week of listing.
