I was a buyer and she made a difficult shopping spree in an area about which I knew nothing easy breezy. We worked on the net as I was an out-of-town buyer. She answered all my inquiries quickly and thoroughly. It was fun to get to know the area with Rhonda who obviously was keenly aware of the surrounding communities. She went above and beyond what a typical realtor would have done and made sure our needs were meant....thank you Rhonda!!! Rhonda had the carpet cleaned for us before moving in and that was a huge blessing....especially with having little ones that are crawling on the floor! We sure appreciate all you have done for our family! You were such a blessing to us and we can't thank you enough :)

Buyer reviewRhonda did an awesome job in helping me find a retirement villa in Sebring. It only took 2 outings to find a good match for my grandchild and I. The community appears to have everything we were looking for and more. Rhonda went above and beyond in making sure the home was ready for arrival (i.e., setting up home inspections, electrical issues fixed and staying on top of the closing). In less then 2 wks we closed!! I would highly recommend Rhonda to those seeking an agent who is easily available and has the best interest of her clients needs/wants. Kudos Rhonda!!
