Hello and welcome to my Century 21 Affiliated page. I have been in the Real Estate industry for over 35 years. I live in a rural area on a 110-acre farm and absolutely love the River Valley driftless area. I love showing off our area and will brag about how wonderful it is to live here. Buyer reviewIt was important for my wife and I to seek out a realtor who had local knowledge; with years of experience, about the town we were looking to purchase a lot in, and most importantly Rhonda Rott knew the subdivision and history of the lots that were sold there previously. We were concerned about the boundaries of the lot, if there were any restrictions or covenants, and whether or not water drained away off of the flat lot sufficiently even after heavy rainfalls. Rhonda provided answers to all of our questions and concerns. As buyers of a lot in a town that we were just beginning to get to know, Rhonda treated us like we were long-time locals. She treated us like family with the utmost respect and was excited to see our desire to retire and build a new home in Spring Green, WI. We admired her professionalism and excellent communication with us from the time we made initial phone contact with her to the day of the closing.
