Seller reviewRich is an experienced realtor and knows the area very well. At the very beginning he reviewed the local market and explained his plan with us. He also provided many valuable inputs during our preparation and staging the house for sale. His well thought plan and valuable inputs convinced us that his plan fit our needs the best. We are very glad we made the right decision to choose Rich and his firm as our realtor. Rich is very easy to work with. He explained his plan and strategies well in each step from preparation, staging, and open house then to contracting and closing. Rich is also very reachable. Whenever we called him, we always got his prompt response. He also provided frequent updates during the process, which avoided any surprises. Rich has a great team. His office admin and fellow agents gave us many supports and helps from listing, scheduling and showing the house, preparing the paper works and communicating with buyers or buyer agents. We are highly recommend Rich Abrams and his firm. We wish we can work with him again in future.

Buyer reviewBuying a home in a sellers market in New Jersey can be a brutal experience, expecially moving to New Jersey from outside the TriState area. Because I worked with Rich Abrams, I bought my dream home in a dream community. Rich is super knowlegeable about the real estate market in New Jersey, focused, and a people person who navigated the bumps and sharp curves that exist in home buying in New Jersey. He is awesome and I will highly recommend Rich to anyone I encounter who wants to buy a home in New Jersey.
