Seller reviewWe had two brokers come in to speak to us. Both seemed excellent but the other one was the opposite spectrum of Rich. Rich cut to the chase and we liked that. Rich killed it. His team was demanding in the staging process and we had to scramble to get the home ready for open house but it paid off. He knows the market and understands how to market and price your home. If you want it sold follow his advice. He is an interesting fellow. His personality is like a beer. For some people it's an acquired taste. Lucky for us, we loved that humorous and straightforward style. Marie was also fantastic and very friendly. She handled the open house and also the viewing of prospective properties for buying. The staff that always makes the calls on behalf of Rich are great as well. Super friendly. Rich is on overdrive. Be prepared to work when selling your home but its worth it. He will get it done.

Seller reviewWhen I stated my need that I must sell the house within 1 month, Rich was optimistic and went ahead marketing it immediately. I got offer within 1 week. Rich handled the deal very well by constantly advising me all the way from the negotiation of price till closing. He is an excellent sales professional and knows the Princeton area, demography, buyer and seller needs like back of his hand. I would not think twice in recommending his for any prospective home buyer or seller. In addition to Rich, his brother Tom is also very professional and supported me a lot during this sale process.
