Seller reviewWhen I stated my need that I must sell the house within 1 month, Rich was optimistic and went ahead marketing it immediately. I got offer within 1 week. Rich handled the deal very well by constantly advising me all the way from the negotiation of price till closing. He is an excellent sales professional and knows the Princeton area, demography, buyer and seller needs like back of his hand. I would not think twice in recommending his for any prospective home buyer or seller. In addition to Rich, his brother Tom is also very professional and supported me a lot during this sale process.

Rich and his staff held open houses and kept us updated with buyer updates throughout the process. We did have challenges along the way , but we all worked through them. Ultimately we sold our house!

He knows the area and the market extremely well. He is also well-known in the area. He has the reputation of working very hard for his clients. With all his experience and established presence in the area, he remains approachable and friendly. I believe he truly values his client relationships and have no problem recommending him to interested buyers and sellers.

Seller reviewRichard Abrams visited our house four months before it went on the market and gave us his best analysis of what we should ask and how much we'd actually get. When we did put it on the market we priced somewhat higher (with his agreement), because other houses in the neighborhood were asking more than his original numbers. But in the end his original estimate turned out to be within 2% of what we got. The man knows his market values. Rich will sell your house. He is aggressive in pricing, and that might not be to everyone's liking, but he is realistic, which is better than sticking to wishful thinking. I want to stress that if you decide you want to hold the line, he'll listen to you, and push hard to get the house sold at that price. But if that doesn't work, take his advice. You won't regret it.
