Buyer reviewRich Davis was well versed in veteran issues and the VA loan process. He maintained communications with all of the parties involved to make sure there were no surprises or any issues that would slow down or affect my closing date. I would reccomend Rich Davis to my friends or family because he treated my needs and concerns like they were his own. I feel like I can trust Rich Davis which is very important to veterans.

Rich was candid without insulting me about my lack of real estate knowledge. He was able to extrapolate a solid asking price so interest would be maximized and offers would be produced. Stagnation on the market was eliminated by Rich's keen sense of real estate acumen. Overall Rich Davis is a consummate professional.
