Buyer reviewWe were moving to Carbondale from St. Louis and we didn't know any agents here. Rich was highly recommended by a colleague of my husband. The seller left the house in a MESS! Rich paid for a cleaning crew to come in and clean on a Sunday. I greatly appreciated the above and beyond service.

Buyer reviewI felt the service was superior. We have bought properties without a realtor present and I feel this can be a dangerous situation given today's scams. I felt safe giving Rich financial documents and wiring money for the cash transaction.
