When I sought Rich Davis to list our house I wanted him to speak frankly with me concerning the value of our home and the way it was presented. Rich was candid without insulting me about my lack of real estate knowledge. He was able to extrapolate a solid asking price so interest would be maximized and offers would be produced. Stagnation on the market was eliminated by Rich's keen sense of real estate acumen. Overall Rich Davis is a consummate professional. I would recommend him to others who would like the same experience I had.

Rich did a great job. Very knowledgeable, cordial, and most important...."Patient". The sale of our previous house took a while, and Rich never gave up. Both in attempting to show the house, as well as keeping our spirits up. We through him a curve with our final choice here, stepping outside our "defined specs" provided to him, but all was still good, and we closed the deal very efficiently. Thanks so much Rich. The competitor next door to Century 21 told me that Century 21 would not give me the personal service I needed (implying that all Century 21 cared about was the commission). This turned out to be completely unfounded. Rich Davis was not only a great professional, but a great person too. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Likelihood of using Century 21 House of Realty, Inc. Is lessened not because of anything that was lacking in their service. It is more a reflection that I would possibly need to "share the wealth" and use another real estate agency that is a customer of my company.
