Rick Potter handles himself with style and class. Rick is by far the easiest Realtor to ever deal with. Rick is not pushy, nor would ever lead you to any property that is not perfectly suited for you and your families interest. A Realtor that is selfless is hard to come by these days, so it is vital to give Rick a call and let him assist you with all your reality needs. Rick is respectful with your time and makes himself available when you need him. Even with all his other customers Rick always makes you feel like you're his main priority. Rick also has many subcontractors he is in great relationship with, to help you with any home repairs or needs you may have with your new home or property. My buying experience with Rick Potter was flawless with zero hiccups or any grey areas, so I will always be thankful for Rick and his staff at Century 21 Reality Group llc for handling themselves so professionally. We had tried to sell our house with another broker at Century 21 Realty Group and met Rick Potter at that time. The market wasn't good at the time so when we were ready to sell again, we remembered Rick and how much we liked him. We didn't think of anyone else. He even met the cleaning lady we hired after closing and let her in and then locked the house after. We had already left the state. I would highly recommend Rick to anyone that is selling their house. Even though we knew he was a busy man, he addressed our concerns in a timely manner. He always called back right away.
