We knew he could find the right buyer, negotiate the deal respectfully, and use his personality to put the buyers and sellers at ease during the process. Rick was able to sell our home without advertising. He had the right buyer in mind immediately. The process was smooth, stress free, and Rick kept us all smiling! It was definitely a win-win! There was never an uncomfortable moment and immediately felt like we had been not just clients but friends for years. Right away, we knew that he was working for us and had our best interest at heart. He was always available when I had a question or concern and made certain that everything was always handled. I truly believe that without Rick, we might have lost the sale. When our movers did't deliver as promised, Rick took control, found u haul trucks (after hours), located and provided help, including himself to completely load our whole house of belongings and even offered to drive one of the trucks for 12 hours to another state. God placed Rick in our lives and we are forever thankful! My husband and I both feel that Rick will always be an important part of our life and a friend forever.
