Trust me I tested this part of his performance. buying or selling a home is more than a financial transaction. To make the move to Crossville meant selling the property my wife and our kids grew up on. The only reason I didn't use Rick for this transaction is because the property sold at auction. We also have my wife's sister who has cerebral palsy and needed a home to accommodate her needs Rick was sensitive to these factors and his compassion and humor made the move a lot easier on my family.
