Buyer reviewI knew I had the ability to choose my own agent, but River was referred to me through a relative and this was truly a great match! River grew up in the area we moved into, so he has extensive knowledge and first hand experience with the neighborhoods we were researching. That was a tremendous help during the many texts & emails we had long distance. We were purchasing a house from across the country, so time & distance were some obstacles to deal with. River was extremely patient with setting up walk throughs with my family members, dealing with texts & phone calls outside of normal business hours, and coordinating appointments last minute when we were able to fly in to see homes ourselves. He was always so professional, patient and understanding of our circumstances. River is also incredibly generous with his time. He attended appointments when it wasn't necessary for him to be there, so we always felt we were in good hands and he was thoroughly aware of the entire process of our home purchase. River goes above and beyond! He is quick to answer all modes of communication, will get back to you as quickly as possible if it's an answer he needs to get from someone else, and keeps you aware of the status of any pending issues. We never felt we were lacking any information or having to chase it down. He's an excellent communicator! Purchasing a home is such a major life decision. River made the process so much easier. He was extremely accommodating & understanding of our particular situation and made great efforts to make the transition as seamless as possible. We would absolutely recommend River to others, and also call upon him again for any future real estate needs of our own!
