Buyer reviewWe met River Giberson at an open house. He was very friendly and very knowledgeable about the area we were interested in. After our meeting we reached out to him via email and he responded to our inquiry immediately. We met a few days after that and he continued to be equally friendly, helpful and professional. We would recommend River to any family member or friend. He was very responsive to all our needs and made the buying process as smooth as it could be, even though we ran into some "bumps in the road". River kept us calm and helped us every step of the way. Seller reviewVery challenging sale! Unusual issues with basement oil tank. I believe that it was River's communication with other broker and potential buyers that saved the deal. Extremely happy that when first property for me fell through with River's guidence was able to find a new home. As stated before was very pleased with this challenging situation because of River! Everytime I was in contact with other staff either in person or by phone was treated respectfully and turn around time was quick.
