Buyer reviewCould not be happier! We do not live in the area, so for this transaction, it was critical that we found an agent that we could wholeheartedly trust to be our boots on the ground. When we first spoke to Rob, we knew he was going to be a perfect fit. He was knowledgeable, sharp, and personable. Throughout escrow, our instinct about him was right as he expertly handled the negotiation process, stayed on top of an issue beyond our control to ensure it was dealt with in a timely manner, had incredible attention to detail, and excellent communication. We said several times over the month of escrow how thankful and fortunate we were to have Rob in our corner. We honestly would not have secured our amazing mountain home without him. We can't say enough good things about him and would love to work with him again on our next home!

Seller reviewWe learned about Rob Brown from the Nextdoor website....we interviewed several other realtors; we chose Rob because he seemed best for our needs. Rob was fantastic, exceeded our expectations for this sale. Immediately upon signing with Rob, he made a video with drone footage of our home. He also soon thereafter hired a professional photographer/videographer with drones. These two videos were on line almost immediately, I think it was within two weeks of Rob taking this account! We were kept informed on a daily basis of the progress of the selling experience....he said in the beginning he would keep us informed daily and he did. One day he called just to check in and let us know that there was no particular update that day! Rob listened to us and our needs, he was always available and answered our calls either immediately or got back to us rapidly. We have NO reservations in highly recommending Rob Brown as a realtor!

Rob was able to understand our criteria,price point, and address any/all concerns we might have had.Communication was top notch.
