As a resident of YLP, Rob is familiar with the benefits of living in this beautiful area and that knowledge helped us make the decision to buy here. We experienced some issues with our lenders and insurance company (poor and miscommunication on their parts) and Rob was our champion. His communication was excellent between us, the insurance company, the lender, and the title company. Rob was professional, patient, caring, communicative, and fun to work with. We experienced some issues with our lender and insurance company (lack of professionalism on their parts) and without Rob's great communication and tenacity, our deal may not have closed.
