I am very pleased with Rob's handling of the entire situation. He was very professional and helped walk me through the entire process and was extremely knowledgeable. And if he didn't know the answer he was able to obtain it very quickly and always was prompt and punctual with correspondences. I couldn't have asked for a better agent to handle my transaction. Rob did a great job helping us purchase a house. We had worked with him a couple years earlier but the timing wasn't right for us to buy. He was so patient and remained available if and when we were ready. When we got serious about buying again, Rob listened closely to our goals and non-negotiables, and then presented viable options for us to consider.
