Seller reviewEasy to work with. Answered guestions when asked. Pleasant personality. No nonsence, keeps on the subject at hand. I think everyone wants to work with a nice, reliable, trustworthy real estate agent, Rob Wheeler is that guy, if he doesn't know the answer he doesn't pretend to, he knows where to go to find it. We have worked with other agents at other real estate companies and Rob Wheeler has gone above them in all catagories.

We didn't think we needed to hire someone as a buying agent but once we meet Rob we didn't want anyone else, do to his excelant personal touch.

Buyer reviewRob Wheeler was our realtor three years earlier and he make the process so easy for us. He explained things clearly, listened and genuinely cared about our needs, and was completely dependable during the process. We didn't hesitate to call him again this summer when he wanted to purchase another small home to fix up and use as a rental. There was a delay in our financing situation, and he was very patient with us, made lots of phone calls back and forth and kept the sellers informed and reassured it would work out. We got the money, 2 weeks late, but he saved the deal for everyone! Besides being knowledgeable and getting things done...he's just a really nice guy and so pleasant to work with. We sure highly recommend him!!!

He is able to provide accurate information as well as resolve issues quickly and professionally. Rob was respectful of my time. He was not cavalier with my money, what I mean is; he helped me settle on the house that was right for my family vs. shoe horning me into a more expensive home for the sake of a paycheck. Rob is a sharp individual of the highest caliber.
