After proudly serving as a Hospital Corpsman in the U.S. Marines, I embarked on a fulfilling thirty-one-year journey as an educator in the esteemed Sayville School district. Honored with the title of New York State Teacher of the Year in 1990, my passion for serving others and fostering growth has been a driving force throughout my career. Seller reviewBob Ponzi was very understanding of my elderly parents' need to feel comfortable and to understand the process of selling their home of 58 years. Bob earned their trust from the start. I was the main family contact often handling the logistics from out of town, but Bob was very accommodating with my schedule and made sure everything went smoothly. He and his wife Pat went the extra mile on more than one occasion to get the house listed and sold quickly. They were extremely helpful and empathetic when difficult family situations arose, and our we appreciated their reassurances and assistance every step of the way.

Seller reviewI can't say enough positive things about Bob Ponzi. From the listing to the closing of my sale and from the contract to the closing of my purchase Bob was so helpful and well informed on every aspect of the process. I feel like I was able to trust him completely with some of the most important decisions of our lives. Any question I had he was able to respond immediately and was able to communicate very well with the other agents. While Bob was on vacation he even answered phone calls or text messages right away. He and his wife (a professional home stager) were delightful and so accommodating and supportive as we were searching for our forever home, even looking after our children in the backyard while we looked around a prospective house. My children began to look forward to seeing "Mr. Bob." Bob seemed just as invested as we were in finding the right house for our family, he understood our needs and gave us some great pointers along the way. I really could not have asked for more. We are so happy in our new home. Thank you for everything Bob!

It relieved a lot of the normal stresses associated with home sales for me. I never hesitated to contact Bob with my questions or concerns. And, without fail, he would email or text me back almost instantly. There was never a lack of communication and he always had an answer or suggestion.
