Honored with the title of New York State Teacher of the Year in 1990, my passion for serving others and fostering growth has been a driving force throughout my career. Armed with advanced master's degrees from St. John's and Hofstra Universities, I also contributed as an adjunct instructor at Dowling College.

You can say :He got the ball rolling" The unit was empty so Bob brought in lamps and timers to setup the unit for night time showings. I followed all of his suggestions for showing the unit and in a few days we had a page full of offers and even bidding.offers for the coop unit. Robert had the patience to deal with the coop regulations and bankers demands. Robert helped me decide on the best buyer from the list.
