Seller reviewIt was our pleasure to meet and work with Bob during the selling of our house. Although there were several stumbling blocks in trying to close the deal, Bob kept in touch with us daily updating us on the latest issue. Buyer reviewWhen we started our home search we were planning on renting. After several failed attempts we told Bob we were going to try to purchase instead. Bob was very encouraging and stayed in touch with us until we got our pre-approval. As soon as the pre-approval was ready, Bob was well lrepared to show us as many houses as we wanted. He went above and beyond what you'd expect from a typical realtor. Bob made us feel like he was just as invested in our home search, and finding us a place where our 5 kids can grow up safely, as we were. Bob Stidham is kind and truly cares about the needs and wants of his clients. When most realtors try to get the customer to conform to what they want to sell you, Bob finds exactly what you want. We will refer Bob every chance we get.

Buyer reviewOn my first contact with Robert Stidham he went above and beyond . He set up my hotel and picked me up at the airport . He took me around and showed me many different homes in my price range,and spent 2 days with me . When i finished looking we put in a bid and he drop'ed me off at the airport for my flight home . I still keep in contact with Robert and plan on doing some investment property's with him
