He was outstanding Bob really went above and beyond. His consideration for our particular situation, his knowledge of the area and his putting our needs first was truly more than he had to do. He truly went out of his way to make things smooth for us and to help us out as we were not in Florida during most of the transactions. His honestly was beyond approach we are truly blessed our paths crossed.. I wish there was a category better than excellent Everything we needed was done timely and without error I have already recommended Bob to several persons I know who are either going to be looking in the area or may sell in the area.

My husband and I wouldn't be living in our new home in Vitalia Tradition if it wasn't for Robert. He was really conscientious of our budget and worked hard to find us our dream home within our budget. He has great character and is not pushy at all. He become a friend to us.

In our absence, Bob was present the closing walk through as our proxy, and when we pulled up in the 20' rental truck with pets in the cab and a car in tow after a long journey, Bob was there at the house to welcome us home, ready to let us in and do a walk through with him.
