After devoting the majority of my career to long term care, I made a decision to change directions in my career path after moving to Florida. Originally from Canada, I have spent a large portion of my life living in the United States due to my husband's career. Having experienced nine major relocations between Canada and the United States, I can honestly say that I have accumulated a great deal of experience in both purchasing and selling residential real estate. I understand the importance of listening to the needs of both buyers and sellers to achieve the ultimate goal of the clients' satisfaction. I have perfected the skills it takes to "get the job done." So, you may say that I am making a career from something I have done many times for my own family. Buyer reviewI met Robin Bennett at an open house and made a few basic inquiries about our current home and possible improvements if we were to sell. She came to the house, we discussed some ideas and that evolved into considering a possible purchase of a different home. We were not on a quick timeline, but as an appropriate home came on the market she would let us know. She did not "bug us", just knew our requirements and let us know about those options. After 5 months, she told us about one we might like. Ads a result, toured, liked and we wrote an offer which was accepted and eventually closed. At all times Robin was helpful but not pushy, very professional and helped us through the purchase process. Thanks to Robin, we have moved into our new home..!!! We would strongly recommend her to other prospective buyers or sellers..!!

Buyer reviewWe were impressed by Robyn when we first met her at an open house. She suggested neighborhoods to look at and showed several properties on her computer. At no time was she "pushy", but just seemed really interested in helping us. She gave us her card and when we were ready to look at houses, Robyn was first on our list to call. She made us feel as if we were priority clients, never limiting us to seeing only her listings. She was always prepared and knowledgeable about all the showings and upfront and honest about potential issues. We would highly recommend her. She is friendly, smart, and gets things done. Best agent we have ever worked with. Robyn was meticulous about every aspect of our purchase. So detail oriented that we never worried about anything falling through the cracks. She kept on top of everything and everyone. She kept us constantly informed and promptly answered any questions. Contracts and financial papers were always clearly explained. Even in the midst of a hurricane with closed banks, new inspections, and an absent client, Robyn was upbeat and kept things moving. We really can't say enough good things about the job she did for us. We were also very impressed with her attention to her vacant properties making sure they were as secured as could be for hurricane Irma. Most definitely dedicated to her clients.

Seller reviewRobin and her partner, Diane, were professional, courteous, knowledgeable and attentive. They answered our questions and phone calls, throughout the sale process and we would give them an A+ rating. We would use Century 21 again for buying or selling a home and highly recommend this agency. In fact, we've already passed along their business cards to prospective sellers. The house was viewed twice and bought on the second day for full price, after the MLS listing. I don't think you can ask for better than that as a result! The overall experience was phenomenal.

Seller reviewRobin was a joy to work with. She was very professional, yet friendly and easy to work with. She also handled our purchase of our current home in Sun City Center. She went above and beyond by throwing us a 'Get To Know Your Neighbors' party after we had settled in. It was a wonderful way to meet our neighbors and it was a great success. She provided the wine and food and acted as the bartender! Robin also gave us a new sign with our names on it for the light post. Would definitely recommend Robin if any friends or family were looking for a new house.
