After devoting the majority of my career to long term care, I made a decision to change directions in my career path after moving to Florida. Originally from Canada, I have spent a large portion of my life living in the United States due to my husband's career. Having experienced nine major relocations between Canada and the United States, I can honestly say that I have accumulated a great deal of experience in both purchasing and selling residential real estate. I understand the importance of listening to the needs of both buyers and sellers to achieve the ultimate goal of the clients' satisfaction. I have perfected the skills it takes to "get the job done." So, you may say that I am making a career from something I have done many times for my own family. Buyer reviewWhile driving around looking at homes for sale we came upon and Open House. The agent at the Open House was Robin Bennett from Century 21 Beggins Enterprises. She made us feel welcome and as if we had been friends for years. That particular home was not for us but we asked Robin if she would assist us in finding the right home for us. We made an appointment to meet with her at a later time and our relationship began. When we made our decision to relocate 600 miles from SC to FL we knew it was going to be a stressful move. Little did we know that when we met Robin Bennett she would become such an important part of our team. Much of our process was handled while driving back and forth between states. She communicated well and handled as much as she could to lighten our load. While doing this she reassured us that all was well and she was correct. We have already recommended Robin to friends and will continue to do so. She is a positive person and a pleasure to be with.

Seller reviewLast year our house was on the market for 144 days. During that period we had 6 showings and no offers. After meeting Robin, she put together some realistic comps and a marketing plan. We had a contract in 9 days after putting the property on the market. Can't say enough good things about Robin. We received good advice, a good marketing strategy and mostly a good friend.

Buyer reviewThis is the firs time we actually had to purchase a home. We lived in our previous home in N.J. for almost 50 years. We were completely out of our comfort zone. We are no young chickens! In fact, it was kind of scary. Robin was so kind, understanding and compassionate. I feel that she took us under her wing. She was so kind, considerate and, most of all,patient. i would recommend her to both friends and family for the above reasons. I would only deal with Robin in the future. I believe Robin Bennett is a great asset to Century 21. She should be commended for her great work.
