Seller reviewRobin's demeanor stands out when compared to other agents. She is extremely professional, easy to communicate with, responds quickly and composed herself well. She speaks with respect, explains the process to those who are not well versed in it (me), and did not disappoint with handling negotiations. Selling our home was surprisingly easy, which means Robin did her job very well. We knew what what we wanted financially with the sale, and Robin took care of everything else, which is how it should be. She did very well and even stayed in contact with us after the sale, which adds a nice personal touch. We have already recommended her, and will continue to do so, to other friends who are considering selling or buying.

However, thanks to Robin, our experience was far from that; it was outstanding! Robin is attentive, costumer focused, knowledgeable, realistic, and detailed oriented. She established a strategy that allowed us to show the house safely and quickly. Her strategy to sell our house worked perfectly! In one day we received 11 offers and sold the house for more than the listed price. It was our pleasure to work with Robin; she is a true professional!

Once we found a property we liked, she made sure that the inspections, financing, and closing all happened on or ahead of schedule. Communication from the office was constant, and they were happy to answer and explain any and every question along the way. Hands down the smoothest and most painless house purchase experience ever, I can't recommend them enough!

Buyer reviewIt was mainly by chance getting linked up with Robin Errington. I was looking on a website and she happened to be the agent that was attached to the home. I was a first time home buyer and all I have ever heard are horror stories about buying a home. Robin Errington was the exact opposite of any horror story or preconceived notion of purchasing a home. Robin Errington always had time for me, always had my back, defended/gave me outstanding advice when it came to the home inspection/negotiations and always had an answer for any question I may have had. Robin Errington knowledge of the area and contractors for getting work done exponentially hurried the process to get us moved in asap. I can't thank her enough for all of her help and there isn't a person I wouldn't recommend her to. Excellent isn't a high enough praise for how much she emphasizes any quality that's positive and helpful. Every aspect of the home buying experience was top notch. From start to finish everyone was nothing but helpful at 21st century.
