Seller reviewOur experience with Robin Errington was phenomenal! We sold our house during the Covid-19 pandemic; therefore, we expected the process to be lengthy and painful. However, thanks to Robin, our experience was far from that; it was outstanding! Robin is attentive, costumer focused, knowledgeable, realistic, and detailed oriented. She established a strategy that allowed us to show the house safely and quickly. Her strategy to sell our house worked perfectly! In one day we received 11 offers and sold the house for more than the listed price. It was our pleasure to work with Robin; she is a true professional!

Buyer reviewRobin and her entire team at Century 21 were excellent! Robin has excellent knowledge of the area, and was able to narrow our search pretty quickly on our first meeting together. Once we found a property we liked, she made sure that the inspections, financing, and closing all happened on or ahead of schedule. Communication from the office was constant, and they were happy to answer and explain any and every question along the way. Hands down the smoothest and most painless house purchase experience ever, I can't recommend them enough!

Buyer reviewIt was mainly by chance getting linked up with Robin Errington. I was looking on a website and she happened to be the agent that was attached to the home. I was a first time home buyer and all I have ever heard are horror stories about buying a home. Robin Errington was the exact opposite of any horror story or preconceived notion of purchasing a home. Robin Errington always had time for me, always had my back, defended/gave me outstanding advice when it came to the home inspection/negotiations and always had an answer for any question I may have had. Robin Errington knowledge of the area and contractors for getting work done exponentially hurried the process to get us moved in asap. I can't thank her enough for all of her help and there isn't a person I wouldn't recommend her to. Excellent isn't a high enough praise for how much she emphasizes any quality that's positive and helpful. Every aspect of the home buying experience was top notch. From start to finish everyone was nothing but helpful at 21st century.

Buyer reviewAs a first time homebuyer, I was very anxious about searching for, selecting and buying a new home. I was immediately at ease upon selecting Robin as my agent. I had very specific requirements for what I needed in a home and piece of property as well as a strict budget. She immediately went to work to find me the perfect place. I received listings daily and she was available 100% of the time I reached out to her. We were in constant communication and she very patiently answered the hundreds of questions I had for her. I ended up selecting a foreclosure which could have been a total nightmare but Robin went full speed ahead to fight for what I needed at closing. I walked away with my dream property and what would come to be my dream home. The entire experience was made solely because I had Robin as my agent. I have referred her to multiple friends and I can't thank her enough her patience and diligence throughout the entire process.
