Buyer reviewRobin was very responsive whenever we have questions - always replied within minutes. She took her time to show us several different houses even after we had already selected a house we like - she allowed us to weight our options. Buying a home can be very frustrating and expensive experience, but Robin made it a great experience from the time we started until closing. I would recommend her to all my friends and family.

She was available at a moments notice and was very attentive to our needs as a growing family. She points out items that we would have overlooked and is always on point with her assessments. Robin is all of the listed adjectives and she's just the sweetest person too. Very understandable, great communication, so very easy to work with. Her instinct and advice is impeccable. Seller reviewMy prior experience with Robin involved the rental of my home. Once the rental listing was published it was rented within a matter of days. Robin referred me to some vendors who helped vetted the applicant. The tenant turned out to be a landlord's dream! Everything about my rental experience was positive. I recall that my home sold rather quickly. Once a contract was tendered, I felt that Robin was my biggest advocate and fought for my best interest. There was a lot of negotiation over the sales price and home inspection. I trusted her to do what was best for me and she always delivered. We ultimately struck a deal that I thought was fair. Without Robin's involvement I am not sure I would have gotten the same results. Very professional. She is a good ambassador for her profession. See prior comments.
