He did not seem at all upset when the first places he showed us were not to our liking and said that just helped him narrow down what we were really interested in. He was very knowledgeable and guided us through the process quite efficiently. Very personable, professional and capable young man! Rocky did an excellent job negotiating for us with the seller's agent after the home inspection and made sure all repairs were dealt with. Even though he was dealing with a very busy and stressful time in his own life, he always found time to answer any questions or concerns we might have and was pleasant and friendly in all interactions.
