Buyer reviewRocky Schafer did such an amazing job I have recommended him to 3 people I know, already and I will to anyone else I hear is looking to buy or sell. Rocky Schafer went above and beyond to show us each and every house we wanted and in a timely manner. On average Rocky Schafer showed us 5-10 houses in a weekend and one time Rocky Schafer even showed us 9 houses in one day! Rocky Schafer deserves an A+++ in my book!!!

Seller reviewWe were very pleased with our selection. Our house sold 5 hours after being up for sale. Rocky did a marketing hype for the house was to be open which brought in 14 couples. Rocky went above and beyond to make sure we knew and understood everything that went on with the sale of our house. He stayed up til midnight on the night an amendment was due to make sure the buyers didn't pull out of the sale. Also, the day we were to sign the title the buyers realtor was being difficult and did a walk through from 10:00 - 10:30. Making sure the buyers realtor didn't cause trouble while they were there. Rocky came and stood in our house while they did the walk through to protect us if anything went down. I would recommend Rocky Schafer to sell your house! He was outstanding!
