Ron grew up in Union County and has lived here for over 50 years. Ron has been in the sales and marketing business for over 35 years. He has built a successful career in real estate for over 26 years in the Union County area. 5 years as an agent, 21 years as a Broker, and 16 years as an Owner. He has worked in every aspect of the industry representing sellers, buyers, and investors, in both the residential and commercial markets. Ron has been the marketing agent for numerous developers on the renovations of single-family, multi and new-construction homes.

Seller reviewRomuald Mioduszewski went above and beyond his duties as a realtor to sell my parents house. He was incredibly patient and accommodating, and his assistance made a difficult process much easier for my family. I live out of state and was unable to be present for the majority of the preparations to sell the house. Romuald returned phone calls and emails promptly and regularly communicated updates throughout the selling process. He scheduled repairs and then made himself available to let workers into my parents house and supervised the work. Romuald also helped us clean out the house after it had sold. His expertise led to a sale after six weeks on the market. I am very to have worked with Romuald and would highly recommend him.

Seller reviewRon made selling my moms house a pleasurable experience. We were moving my mom into assisted living home which was stressful enough! On top of that we had to list her house and try and sell fairly quickly. Ron totally took over, he actually made selling our home fun! He priced the house perfectly and we ended up getting over asking price. My family's only regret is now that the house is sold we will miss seeing and talking with Ron. My family and I feel blessed to have him as our realtor and friend!

Seller reviewAll comments are positive. If you ever have a house that needs a little special care and handling through the process, use Ron. He made a few big and I thought a little over exaggerated promises only to learn that he delivered on all of them. I couldn't have asked for a more professional or trustworthy broker. We met through a phone call I made to Century 21 and it just progressed smoothly from there to the end. A couple months, beginning to end. Well done!
