Mr. Mioduszewski a very professional gentleman. In our first meeting He understood our needs and requirements. Very knowledgeable of price of properties. The house needed some work. Ron had excellent insight into what needed to be done. He has at his disposal an ethical and responsible group of contractors. Since I live outside of the area, Ron took ownership of the project as if it was his property. His communication was excellent. The prices for the work he recommended prior to listing were reasonable and the quality turned out to be excellent.. He was able to negotiate a price above what I asked for my mother's home. Although our business relationship has ended, I feel that we will stay in touch A number of years ago Ron graciously helped with notarizing some documents for my aging mother. It was something I greatly appreciated. We kept in touch over the subsequent years. Then when my mother passed away, I turned to Ron as someone I both knew and trusted with the sale of my mother's home. Ron is a highly professional and caring real estate agent.
