Ron was great during the whole process. He started with us months in advance and was supportive the whole time. We had an idea as far as time when we wanted to have things listed, then life got in the way and we had to keep improvising. But, to Ron's credit, he stayed the course helping us continually work a timeline that was best for us. We really needed a certain amount from the sale of our home as we were going to roll that amount into our new purchase. We got that and then some. When realized how much extra we put into the house, he invited us to raise the sale price. We received a full listing price offer 8 days in at our first open house. Throughput the process, Ron was great. Recommendations on what to keep, what to display, what to work on and what to leave be. all were helpful. Ron was a great help to our family during our purchase. He was patient, allowing us to look at multiple houses during the whole process.
