Ron was a great help to our family during our purchase. He was patient, allowing us to look at multiple houses during the whole process. Not only was Ron there as our agent, but I value his opinion as an objective observer. He sees houses in the area every day, knows what he area is worth and also what a similar house would sell for as well. He was informative, always keeping us up to date on houses that had come onto the market, or if there was a value added home that the price had changed on recently. We simply cannot keep up with the amount of homes flooding the market or the speed at which they were moving and Ron was there to help us through all that. Most importantly, he was a friend. He looked out for what was best for our family. He continuously listened and tirelessly looked on our behalf for anything with our wants and needs. We made it hard on him, we had demands and expectations, sometimes difficult ones that were unrealistic to most, but, Ron kept on going. I'm happy to say that we are the proud owner of a house we love, in a neighborhood we wanted. The price was right and the dealing was even better. We used Ron for our first house, and we used him again this time.
