Rosemary has been excellent and I could not be happier with her and the great work she's done. She's very knowledgeable, well-networked, thorough & diligent, and was very easy to work with (she's a lovely person). She's been indispensable in my home buying process, has been very helpful every step of the way, and made this experience so much easier and more comfortable. We enjoyed working with Rosemary she's extremely responsive at all hours. As first time home buyers we had a lot of questions she helped us with. We only needed to see three homes so there wasn't much research to do before we found the right place on Zillow. The market was crazy, we had some ups and downs to navigate through the process and there wasn't much we could do on price negotiations but at the end of the day we got our dream home.

Rosemary took the time to show us different properties one by one, she gave us good advices on what will work what wouldn't work. What I loved the most about working with Rosemary was that she explained in detail how taxes and other expenses work, what to look at what to be careful with. She is Not a person whom only cares about the money and percentage she will receive. Instead, she is someone who really takes the time to explain pros and cons of properties and locations; in general home purchase so that choices and decisions are done wisely. Rosemary made this stressful and nerve wrecking experience so smooth, she's very knowledgeable. I selected Rosemary once I saw her dedication and interest to meet my needs, she showed us all the properties we liked to see, she made sure we got into all the house of our interest. Most importantly she did not waste out time. She's amazing! Love her honesty and transparency.

Everything went well. A little delay on buyers part but I think that's expected especially during this time. Rosemary McGinn had been recommended to us. During our first meeting we felt very confident that she was the right agent. She listened to our concerns and put a plan in place. She was very helpful when a scammer put the house on Craigslist. A person actually paid them for a months rent & showed up at the door. Rosemary came & removed the lockbox as a precaution which made us feel more secure. Rosemary is an asset to Century 21 I would recommend her to others.
