Seller reviewEverything went well. A little delay on buyers part but I think that's expected especially during this time. Rosemary McGinn had been recommended to us. During our first meeting we felt very confident that she was the right agent. She listened to our concerns and put a plan in place. She was very helpful when a scammer put the house on Craigslist. A person actually paid them for a months rent & showed up at the door. Rosemary came & removed the lockbox as a precaution which made us feel more secure. Rosemary is an asset to Century 21 I would recommend her to others.

I had some challenges for 2 years buying another house and RoseMary stayed true to her profession ,providing me with information-,assisting where she could and going above and beyond, not knowing whether I was going to withdraw or not. Though I had the option to make my own decision,and move to another agency, I stuck it out because of her work ethics, support and great communication. She made an unfortunate situation not seem so bad. She has no idea that I chose to continue with Century 21 because of her behavior, morals and integrity as a sales person. .

Anything that needed to be done was done in a very timely manner and it was important to us to have an organized and highly responsive representative such as Rosemary. Rosemary was very attentive, polite, and extremely knowledgeable of everything. Whenever we had a question or concern she got back to us in a very timely manner with a response. Additionally Rosemary was a very relatable person and was friendly and polite and professional and kind! She was the best we could've asked and hoped for and will highly recommend her to others. Amazing first time home buying experience!
