Ann Hancock is the best real estate agent in our area. She will go the extra mile to see that her clients find exactly what they want. Once the right house is found, Ann works fast and tirelessly to make sure all the paperwork is done to get an accepted offer. Ann doesn't play; she makes sure her clients get the best deal possible. Once an offer is accepted, she continues to work hard to make sure her clients know what to do to make the closing easy.

We did hit a road block when we found out the property is actually not buildable and therefore the price she initially quoted me was nowhere near our sales price but that it is understandable.
