Seller reviewWe have used Ann Hancock on multiple occasions to buy and sell properties and she is one of the BEST in the game. Ann comes with years of experience, a wealth of knowledge of real estate and goes above and beyond the call of duty. Selling and purchasing a home can be stressful and I want to point out one occasion, in particular.... We were selling our home, juggling several properties and I was somewhat overwhelmed, just ready to throw in the towel. I voiced this to Ann and she quickly suggested another marketing technique; talking me out of making a hasty and impulsive decision. Her new strategy and sound counsel paid off! We later sold our house and received more than asking price! Ann Hancock works hard and is a Cracker Jack when it comes to buying and selling homes. I always tell her she can sell sand to the beach! Thanks Ann for everything!

Seller reviewI was very impressed with Sandra Compton right from the beginning when I sort of casually mentioned that I would at some point soon want to list this property and that I'd like her to handle it. She was never pushy but did immediately have suggestions for how it could best be handled. There were issues I needed to handle before we could list the house (there was a tenant in residence). Also there was a bonus room that needed a lot of work, Ed Compton was of enormous assistance with that, doing all of the work himself personally. There were setbacks and delays along the way, with the buyers stubbornly not giving much in negotiations and then delaying the agreed upon closing date while they got things together on their end, but Sandra handled it all diplomatically and I believe with the best result that could be expected. Many thanks to Sandra Compton, Ed Compton and Ann Hancock for a great job!
