Seller reviewI found Penny on Zillow, and she helped me navigate the area in search of property right before the COVID pandemic. By the time the sale was final we were in the beginning of COVID things were rapidly changing. The closing was different because I was not present due to no contact. However, I was so excited I rushed down to the office afterward and she had a beautiful picnic basket for me with some goodies. It was so thoughtful and sentimental. I was able to close on a beautiful peace of property and spent the bulk of "lock down" down by the stream carving out a walking trail. A few years later, with much contemplation, I decided to list it for sale. I got in contact with Penny and she helped me to list it for sale without any hesitation. Thank you for helping me.
