Seller reviewRuss went above and beyond any expectations that I had of him, which were already very high based on his references. My property had many challenges. We had a difficult tenant, the place needed significant repairs and there was additional property damage while on the market resulting in an insurance claim and many many sleepless nights for me, and I suspect for the buyer as well. To make it even more challenging, I was out of state for the entire process and had to rely heavily on Russ' every step of the way. I know we were only able to get through it because of Russ' attention to detail, knowledge, affiliations and commitment to getting the job done, even when I wasn't a very willing seller. He is consummate professional. I believe his genuine desire to make this a win win for all parties involved and commitment to making sure that happened is what makes him an exceptional agent.

Russ stayed in constant contact with us throughout our search; steering us away from potential problems and guiding us toward our dream home. Even when we were tired of hunting, Russ made sure that we did not compromise on a home that was just "ok" but made sure that we found the perfect home for our family. Seller reviewRuss did a great job working with us- he thoroughly explained the sales process, expected costs, and what we needed to do for our house to sell at a competitive price while remaining on the market as briefly as possible. He stayed in contact as developments occurred, and did a great job coordinating an open house, online marketing, and coordinating with the buyer's agent to help the sale go as smoothly as possible.
